Shrimp Pyramid
Large tiger shrimps served with cocktail sauce and citrus wedges.

Mediterranean Platter
Roast eggplant, black bean hummus, sun dried tomato-avocado, garnished with kalamata olives, grape tomatoes and carrot and celery spears. Served with garlic crostini, soft pitas and bagel chips.

Bruschetta Station

Plum tomato with fresh basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Tri-coloured roasted red peppers with oregano, balsamic reduction, black bean, avocado, roasted corn and coriander. Kalamata olives, fresh romemary, lemon juice and chili pepper flakes. Bowls of crombled feta, chevre and shaved parmesan. Assorted foccacia wedges and flat breads.

Antipasto Platter
Pan seared button mushrooms, eggplant strings, marinated bococcini, peppercorn crusted chevre, roasted red peppers, grilled zucchini, smashed green olives, baked black olives, caramelized spanish onions, sun dried tomato marinated tofu. Calabrese breads and baguettes.

Smoked Salmon
Garnished with bermuda onions, capers, cream cheese and lemon wedges. Assorted rye breads and cocktail rolls.

Mexican Layered Dip
Refried black beans, guacamole, low fat sour cream, aged cheddar, black olives, diced tomatoes and green onions. Fresh made colored tortilla triangles and nacho chips.
