Fine julienne of snow peas, carrots, baby bok choi, scallions, napa cabbage, peppers, shitaki mushrooms, charred eggs and been sprouts tossed in a cilantro, cardamom, ginger and chili infused tomato sauce. Choice of vegetarian, chicken, beef or shrimp. Served in take out boxes with chop sticks.
