All salads come with home made foccacia breads, baguettes and flat bread, choice of fresh fruit or assorted mini pastries.

Fine julienne of china town vegetables and rice vermicelli; tossed in a sweet and sour dressing. Garnished with leechy nuts and grilled seasonal fruit. Served with grilled tofu, beef, chicken or salmon satays. Hoi sin peanut sauce on the side.
Albacore tuna, baby potatoes, green beans, english cucumbers and kalamata olives. Drizzled with pommary mustard vinaigrette.

Organic field greens with jumbo fried tiger shrimps and mango segments. Tossed with citrus-herb vinaigrette.
Grilled portabello mushrooms and red peppers
Baby spinach topped with portobello mushrooms, red peppers and crumbled goat cheese.
Grilled Chicken Ceasar
Romaine lettuce with shaved parmesan, roast garlic croutons and creamy dressing.
Grilled Vegetable Fusilli Pasta Salad
Tossed in with aged balsamic-olive oil dressing. Topped with herbed feta cheese.
